We are excited to announce a new series of small-group workshops designed to provide practical support for our community: Empowering Through Workshops
These classes, covering topics like finance & health, will be open to all and designed around what YOU want to learn (so send your suggestions our way)!
Our first class is.
Empowering Through Workshops: Learning Personal Finance, Self-Sufficiency, Economic Independence, Financial Autonomy:
If you've thought to yourself something along the lines of "I'd rather listen to Nicholas Cage narrating my dreams than balance my bank account" (but still know that you NEED to), this class is for you.
Learn how to quickly and easily create a realistic budget, and discover simple tools, tips, and tricks to take away the pain of planning. Pick the brain of a finance expert, and ask all the burning money questions that are on your mind in a supportive small group environment.
We know that talking about finances can be a vulnerable thing to do, (rest assured that attendees will not be put on the spot and numbers will be handled with discretion!), but we also believe that it's important.
Why Is financial independence important?
. Even though women statistically live longer than men, women are less likely to have significant savings and investments to provide financial stability.
. Financial Independence is Important Because It Means You Are No
Longer Trapped in the "Rat Race"
. Financial Independence is Important Because it Increases Your Ability to Structure Work to Suit You
